This week Jillian's class went to visit Knaus Apple Ranch. They started out playing Ring Around the Apple Tree with Miss Stevi's parachute and then moved over to the table for a demonstration. The kids were able to go into the orchard with a bag and pick some apples, too. They were instructed to twist instead of pull. Jillian took this very seriously! The bag of apples was weighed and then purchased. We finished the field trip with a picnic on the grass with friends.
And for all of you Owen fans out there, here's my little flirty guy keeping me company while I make dinner. Yes, he really is this happy all the time!
