New Year's Eve Donairs

My roommate in college was from Canada and raved about her favorite food: Donairs. Huh? Yeah, I know. Well, my mom and I searched online and found the recipe to make them. That was over ten years ago. We enjoyed this tasty dinner on New Year's Eve and thanks to our recent reconnection on Facebook, I was able to tell Tracy thanks for turning us on to what is still one of our favorite foods . . . even if it is Canadian! ; )
